I followed my diet to the letter, did all the exercise and more and have put on 1lb wot have i done wrong?

Tonight is treat night. I allow myself a treat to reward myself for sticking to my diet all week. I am having a couple of glasses of red wine (good for the heart!) and a chicken tikka pitta sandwich which i am going to enjoy. After that, back to healthy eating as it is weigh in day for the challenge on Monday and I am determined to succeed my goal this time. Having a treat to look forwad to really helps to keep me focused on my goal. I WILL succeed.

First day back at work today after the new year. Opened the curtains and there was a blanket of snow which looked really pretty. My black Labrador loves playing in the snow so walking later should burn up some calories. After work drop my daughter off at my parents and off to the gym again. Weights and running or rowing, haven't decided yet. It depends on how tired I am after work. I have learnt not to feel guilty, by giving myself some "me" time and this is how I see my gym session. It is purely something I do for myself and not my husband and daughter. They get my attention the other 23 hours of the day! Recorded my weight as it is the start of the challenge today.

pleased with yesterday. i am going to have a good day today and go to the gym later on. Weigts 45mins plus a three mile run. Can't wait to weigh in and rise to the challenge tomorrow. I will succeed (positive thinking!) Aim ....to get body fat to 21%

Disaster day yesterday.... Will do better today.Remember...dont let all the tyres down when you only have one puncture!
