Hi my name is Ruth and I,m a 43 year old UK lady. I have been doing weightwatchers for the last 12 months and have lost 42lbs and just need to lose the final 10-14lbs. However i have reached a plateau or just got lazy as the weight loss has stopped. I exercise regularly, by running and lifting weights which i do enjoy. Any support or encouragement will be gladly received and given in an attempt to reach my goal. I have also decided to complete the 10lb challenge in the hope that it will give me the boost that i need.

USA v UK points allowance
Hi all, just started on the WW diet to lose final 14lb as I have been successful in the past. However, when I put my food in the journal my UK points are different than what is suggested on the site. e.g. 1 apple in UK is 0.5 points but on the site it is 1 point. Also a WW meal that i bought was 3.5 pts in UK but 5 points on the site. It does make a difference as I am allowed 18 points in UK and I am soon using my points up on this site. Does anyone know what the equivalent points are to use at 135lbs and 5ft 4ins femlale.

Found it slightly easier to stick to my plan this week after last week. Not losing anything made me determined to lose. They do say its all in the mind! ...
