Well, its been a yummy start to the year and I have really ballooned up. Time to put on my fat pants and work on myself. First things first, trying to eat right. I have spent sometime making and freezing some healthy options. I did buy a chicken from Costco and it has already feed me three meals. Once I eat most of the meat off I will be making it into soup. I also need to stop drinking so much- it's not a problem with getting drunk its just the calories that are the issue. I normally drink 2 to 3 times a week. I am going to try and get that down to once a week and only have 2 beers when that happens. I know I can do this I have done it before I just can't be lazy. I also know I should be adding something about exercising but I really don't want to think about that right now. Just working on eating and drinking right first.
