I read on the net that if you eat less than 50 gr of carbs per day per week you will los over 2 lbs a week. If you eat 50-100 gr of carbs per day you will lose 2 lbs a week. If you eat 100-150 carbs per day you will lose .5 lbs a week. I aiming for2 lbs a week
