Did yoga x yesterday and couldn't feel better about it. It was exactly what my sore muscles needed! I don't think there is going to be a work out today though...my period started and I am bloated and sick. I am going to try to pull it together to do the legs and back but I'm not so sure yet. I'm thinking that I need a nap first though.

Woo hoo! Just got done with the P90x shoulders and arms work out plus ab ripper x! I feel great! Although weight isn't falling off as fast as I would like it too I need to keep in mind that it is only day 3 and hopefully that will come with time. I need a more positive out look. I am going to start recognizing the small losses as victories as well! The hubby is making dinner while I wait for my arms to stop feeling like jello :) Tomorrow is yoga x which is my most and least favorite P90x work out. I feel amazing once it's done but getting through it is really though. Eating I didn't do too well today. Breakfast (8am) was a cheese bagel and I haven't eaten anything since then. I let the day get away from me and didn't make time to eat, which is not good! I don't see much success tomorrow either since I will be meeting co-workers for lunch at panera. I am going to try to pick the lowest calorie thing I can find but I am weak and will probably stick to what I like. Oh well food is my weakness and I like it :) Hopefully by working out and trying extra hard to stay away from really bad food my weight loss journey will be a successful one.....
that is until I get preggers and gain it all back ;)

Yesterday I did P90x plyo...that just about killed me! but I got through it. This morning I had an asiago cheese bagel for breakfast...yummmmm!! I know its not the best but I couldn't resist. Today is P90x arms and shoulders we will see how that goes!! I am feeling kinda sick b/c of my wonderful monthly friend coming to visit so I don't know how much effort I will be able to put into a work out tonight and I didn't bother weighing myself this morning b/c I am bloated as heck...oh the joys of being a woman!

Good day today!!! Had a semi-healthy breakfast and did a hard core workout!! P90x chest and back and ab ripper x. I am about to eat lunch which will I am also planning on being healthy! Later today I will be going to the park for a long walk. My weight has been slowly coming off before I started working out and hopefully by adding workouts it will start coming off faster!!
