I really need to start sticking to my eating plan. I don't like the thought of being on a diet b/c every diet I've ever done once I start all the weight just comes right back. I am attempting to make a life style change and it is not easy. I have my good days and bad days. Yesterday was not such a good day. It started off well I had a breakfast meeting at 8am at First Watch and I had low-fat yogurt with fresh fruit but then went off track by not eating again until 7pm. So of course I WAY overate. I did kind of make up for it by walking 2 miles with my mom and the dogs.

This has been a successful week so far! Monday was my scheduled rest day and did P90x chest and back yesterday. Today after work is plyo! The last day of school with kids is tomorrow so after that I am going to start to do my workouts in the morning. I do like doing that more because it gives me more energy throughout the day. I just don't have the will power to get up early enough to get my workout in before school.
My weight is back down which makes me really excited, the scale said 187!!! My official weigh in isn't for another 2 days so hopefully if I work really hard I will be able to put a lower weight in that box. I am going to try to be good this after noon it is our end of year staff party so over eating will be easy. I will try to pay close attention. I made low-fat brownies for the occasion so hopefully they taste ok. I have had success with them in the past but you never know!

I mostly blame my period for my weight gain this week. I cannot find any way to explain a 5lb overnight weight gain. Literally! I will admit the diet went out the window on Wed. and yesterday nor did I exercise but my weight jumped Monday morning and has been steadily decreasing as my bloating goes down...I hope I will be able to get a work out in today but will be going to my nephew's baseball game right after work so we will see.
