Rockin day! I had a "pot luck" today and I was so intentional. I went into the pot luck bringing my large bowl of fruit to share, and I looked at all the yummie dishes and said.. "nope, you know what you are eating, you have already made that decision. This stuff is simply not in your plan of diet change" AND I DID JUST THAT. I HAD MY MINI BLUEBERRY BAGEL + a small (1 TBSP) of Cream Cheese and a few pcs. of fruit! Then I had planned on having lunch out with my mom, sadly she was not feeling well so I called my hubby up and we had a nice lunch together at one of his favorite Pizza places and I ate my one slice and a salad and I feel very full, and very happy that I ATE INTENTIONALLY! whoooot whooot.
SO I weigh in on Friday we shall see if my week of intentional eating is paying off!

WOW what a day... I literally was at church all day. Ann Graham Lotz was a special speaker and she blessed my socks off. I worked 3 of the services and it was wonderful each time!
SO because I was so busy, I didn't eat hardly enough food. In fact I have a small headache because I am so low on calories. It is just as bad to eat not enough as it is to eat too many. So I am going to go and eat something although I made a nice salad for myself when I got home because I was starving (I chose NOT to stop and get food out) I need some protein.. so have a great night!

How to eat choclate cake... successfully. OK so there you are looking at that yummie cake.. OH I could eat the whole thing.. but NO you just take a small fork, take a bite, chew well until it melts down your throat, smile...wait one minute then take another bite repeat the process. NOW it is very important to wait that minute! Because by the time you eat about 1/3 of it you are totally ok with saing enough... ask me how I know I will tell you I had a "craving" for chocolate cake, but I didn't want to abandon my good choices so far! SOOOO this is how I did it... want to know the best part? I feel gooooood about it and enjoyed it very much!
