My weight fluctuated a bit this week, with a 209 high and a 207 low. Not sure if it was water retention or the scale being out to get me. Going to try to guzzle powerade pre- and post- workouts this week. Hopefully the additional vitamins will help?

I hope this lag in weight loss is because I've been lifting weights for the past month and the muscle gain is balancing out the weight loss? :S
