I need to gain more control of my style of eating. I am a junk food addict in the worst way and have been using my calories/points very poorly. Hopefully this week will be different so far so good.

Well I really thought I had totally blown this week only to find that I actually had lost 1 1/4 pounds this week. Talk about feeling thrilled is beyond words to explain. Especially considering it seemed everything went in my mouth that wasn't suppose to. Hoping others are finding success with their trials.

I'm starting on a new path this year. I did the exercise thing last year and lost but when my hubbys job contract ran out I quit going to work outs. I have decided that I need to do both exercise and weight watchers. Weight watchers because it seems the most sane to me. I am heavy at 195 taking meds for diabetes and such. I just need a new do over and am going to work towards this. But I am having problems with portion control. Anyone have ideas on how to portion things out to match points correctly?
