The results for the weekend are in. Not nearly as bad as I had first thought. There was some snacking, some cake, sausage (chicken/apple), waffles and alcohol; oh and Chinese take out so to only gain one...nobody is crying here.
No camping or vacation plans now for about three weeks. The goal is to maintain phase three perhaps losing a bit or maintaining and then it will be back to phase two.

Left for camping. Will have to see what damage may have been done. Followed the eating habits fairly well. Had a couple of drinks, drank some bad orange juice - apparently it got opened the weekend before and set out a couple hours before going back in the fridge..not sure which made me sick but something sure put me out of kilter for a few hours. Bounced back and had a great day!
