Well I am suprised 3lbs has come off that easily. has to be the lack of beer....haha no really I have worked really hard this week so I am super proud. My only hope is that it stays off. I know running and checking the scale every few hours is ridiculous and weight fluctuates throughout the day....so I vow to only weigh myself in the mornings.

Well today went disturbingly well. I really wasn't hungry even though I only had about 900 calories. I feel like I forgot to add something to my food list, but I've gone over it and over it and there is nothing missing. I got in a 20 minute jog today, but this evening my foot keeps cramping up. It's driving me nuts! I need new running shoes and a banana.

So I kinda of messed up by starting this account in the wee hours of the morning. I accidently put yesterday's stuff on today's, and I cant figure out how to delete it...so I am putting todays stuff on yesterday's date. LOL Starting tomorrow I will be on the right date! So yesterday (really today) I had a long walk and it felt great. I have eaten well so far today. I am worried about not eating past 6pm because of my work hours. We will see how that goes. I may have to incorporate that next week with more planning.

Ok here it goes... I reeeeally want to lose weight and get healthy. I feel so fat ALL the time. I also feel like I am always starting things and never finishing them. So, I have little to no confidence that this life-style change is going to stick. I really want it to though and am going to try really hard. I honestly can't believe I am posting my weight in such a public manner!
I really do not like anything about myself at this point. I have low self confidence which makes me annoying and even though my husband tells me I am beautiful I have ALWAYS hated the way I look. I think most people look in the mirror everyday, but I seldom care to do so. I honestly can't name one thing about myself that I like.... I am hoping this journey will help me change that and help me not be such a negative person.
