I am back (I think). My daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons from NC, were home to visit. They took us out for dinner to a steak house one night and then it was requested I make homemade lasagna. Well I showed my son-in-law how to make homemade pasta, rolled, assembled, baked and ate it along with fresh Italian bread, homemade meatballs and gravy. Oh and I did fix a cabbage salad, with evoo and vinegar. Today had been all about getting back on track. Thankfully though I did not gain any of the weight that was lost. Thank you Lord.
Anyway, back to planning healthier meals and logging on the calendar. I think I will even start to walk on a daily basis.
