DAILY RATING: 6
Feel good but tired. Not getting enough rest. Averaging 6 or less hours past couple of nights.
Weight is plateuing still despite initial surge of loss. BUT despite the error variables of the scale bio-resitance unit, I am getting a slight but consistent trend showing in fat% decreasing and Muscle% increase. Cannot tell in this short of a time if this is accurate. Need longer data trend to determine accuracy of variable through this unit. But I am not discouraged, even if I am looking very forward to my cheat day! :)

Feel good, but tired. Slept well but still just tired.
Morning weigh in is static. Not sure if that even means anything. Gains may not show till different times of day.
Diet was 100% yesterday. Cold exposure was consistent with plan.

DAY ONE: 1 lb lost due to COLD EXPOSURE!!!
MORNING RATING: 7
Numbers show a 3 lb loss. But tracking hydration, fat %, and lean muscle % AND assuming a rate of error due to using the electro-impedance scale (not the MOST accurate but fairly consistant) I calculate an actual loss of about 1 lb of fat and a gain of about .6 lbs of muscle weight.
Can this be right? Who knows. There is enough evidence to show everything is moving and in the right directions even if it is overstated due to some error in the reading!
BASELINE week I was 70% on the program but eating poorly for dinners in order to prime the system. My own concept. So that starting would be more dramatically effective in my mind.
DAY 1: 100% program adherance for 1st day. significant immediate weight loss. Now this is also "recently gained weight" those 3 lbs represented weight in the past month that came on.
What is not showing in my regimine?
1-COLD EXPOSURE
That 2 miles (30 mins brisk walking) is shorts and T-shirt and gloves in 28 degrees
Also the "sitting" section in exercise is comprised of 2 hours of TV with a freezer pack on my back between the shoulder blades.
