Today I begin WW again to lose 10 pounds before my 20th HS Reunion on October 27th! I am tracking and cutting out sweets and white starch.

Today I am starting AGAIN. I really want to regain some major will power and maintain a regular exercise routine. It has been hard since having my children to find time for myself but I am determined to do it...so here I go!

I have joined the No cheating No Hiding Challenge and I have to say I am being completely honest with every single piece of food that I am putting into my mouth. I have done WW in the past and now carry what I have learned from the program with me for 8 years now. I have had 2 children in the last since Sept 2009 and having a hard time finding time for Mommy. I have always been athletic and enjoy running/working out but harder to fit it in these days. I have lost all of my baby weight from my son who was born June 22, 2011 and then some. I want to get to a goal weight that I have not accomplished yet so that I can maintain a reasonable weight for life. I am a midnight snacker of sweets since my son has been born. I am still up at night with him and sleep is definitely something I cherish today. My will power used to be unbreakable and not so much anymore. I am looking to lose about 10 more pounds or so but overall be fit and healthy.
