DAY 3
Its kind of hard to figure out what to eat and make it fit into your calorie RDI. But what has been working for me is taking leftover dinner to work the next day for lunch that way for dinner i can have something small since its already late at night by the time im home. I even throw in some popcorn as a snack :) What can be hard is not eating the dinner i have made because not to toot my own horn but my cooking far from sucks. lol Anyway sometimes i will eat what i made like for instance ill have one baked potato and a spoonful of sourcream to go YUM! and half a steak with a couple of ounces of sweet corn and green beans, that way i fill up more on the green beans than i do on the potato which i save for last since baked potato is one of my weaknesses. In the end, just burn more calories than you eat and youll be fine. I know easier said than done right? I have finally managed to find the time on my lunch break at work now that i have a real job with a gym close by. Most people arent so lucky so to everyone else good luck, im finally moving my butt :)
