I've lost a pound so far but i thought we fluctuate 2lbs a day anyway so im not sure what to believe. Did i lost it really? Either way i know im headed in the right direction because i've cut my calorie intake by so much. I used to eat watever i wanted and now im focuses. With some cheating :)

DAY 3
Its kind of hard to figure out what to eat and make it fit into your calorie RDI. But what has been working for me is taking leftover dinner to work the next day for lunch that way for dinner i can have something small since its already late at night by the time im home. I even throw in some popcorn as a snack :) What can be hard is not eating the dinner i have made because not to toot my own horn but my cooking far from sucks. lol Anyway sometimes i will eat what i made like for instance ill have one baked potato and a spoonful of sourcream to go YUM! and half a steak with a couple of ounces of sweet corn and green beans, that way i fill up more on the green beans than i do on the potato which i save for last since baked potato is one of my weaknesses. In the end, just burn more calories than you eat and youll be fine. I know easier said than done right? I have finally managed to find the time on my lunch break at work now that i have a real job with a gym close by. Most people arent so lucky so to everyone else good luck, im finally moving my butt :)

Just realized my second journal entry i submitted as a post and did not intend to do so lol still getting the hang of this. Anywho today is circuit training at the gym and 10 minutes of elliptical machine bringing me to 40 minutes of gym time plus ill be doing 25 mnutes of jillian workout on the xbox once i get home...guess i shouldnt get ahead of myself til i do it but thats what the delete button is for :)

ok so i adjusted my diet strategy n though i wanna lose 15lbs, realistically i dont c that happening b4 my vacation. so i'll settle for half that which would give me roughly 7lbs to lose by vacation time and the rest can follow afterward if i stick to 1lb a wk. on the other hand vacation might b a huge setback, nobody likes to curb their appetite on vacation, well ill theres still time for that gotta stay active
