Cant beleive the first week is practically down already. I have the insnaity dvd that im going to try out every saturday hopefully so i dont lose focus over the weekends. They seem to be my weakness. :))

I am so tired today i dont know how i'll be able to work out, but im sure ill find a way. My bf and i were supposed to go running together on the boardwalk after work but now he's sick...i want to go but cant see myself committing to it if he's not there. 2 weeks into my diet and training and i feel really drained. Mayb i'm doing something wrong, or maybe the decrease in sugar intake is affecting me..? I dont know what it is but i was hoping going for a run out doors again would fix that.

I am so beat today and its just begun. But will still be going to the gym for my 20 min of cardio with and additional 15 minutes of strength training on my lunch break. :) Its the only time i can get stuff done. I've held down my calories so well i can treat myself to a wonderul home cooked pasta meal. I will keep in mind portion control. One cutlet, a cup of noodles, one baked clam and a 2-3 oz of sauce. Not too bad except what will i drink?!

Still 118 but this time I weighed myself after dinner when I normally weigh myself as soon as I get home for work. This tells me I really lost 1 lb :) small but exciting news to me
