Got on the scale this morning and was pleased as well as shocked. I haven't really been putting much effort in excersie wise but have been working on paying attention to portions, water intake, and what kind of foods. I have also been doing the chew you food challenge and it seems to help to. I find that I eat less and don't get as hungry in between eating.
Today I am having a much better day. Get to go to some football tonight and the weather has cooled off. The perfect football weather. I got to sleep last night with the windows open and it has been so pleasant. The kids are wanting to go to the Troy University game on Saturday and I think I might splurg and take them. The really want to go to an Alabama game but that is next to impossible so Troy would be a nice exchange. Can you tell I love football. LOL
There is a 24 hour all women's gym in town. It kind of does the circut training like CURVES. If I can get off of work in time to make the 4:00 - 6:00 sign up hours I think it would be good for me to sign up. You get a pass key so you can go anytime of day. Even at 1:00 am if you as so inclined. I think if I have something that flexiable to get me started it is worth trying.
Anyway like the song goes "the sun will come up tomorrow" that is how I am taking each day it is true that each day is a new start and it all depends on how you decided to start that day. Cheesey I know but you got to love it. LOL

Took the day off from work and got some much needed sleep. I then got some very much needed insurance paperwork done. Got my appliances moved into the house and some personal items to make room where we are currently staying. Still feeling a little down but not as bad as the other day. Did lose 3 lbs which I was not expecting. Chewing my food and paying attention to how fast I eat seems to help some. Anyway off to bed to try and get a good nights rest.

I really am feeling blue today. Friday was three months since I lost my husband and I just feel really lonely right now. I have been so busy trying to get the house set up so we can move in that I didn't realize how lonely I really was feeling. I just can't get motivated to do much of anything. Even though I know that if I can get on the ball I will feel so much better. It is fun how in our head we know the right course of action but we let our feelings and emotions dictate how we react to different situations. Or at least I do. I never have been a very strong willed person. I tend to run on emotions which isn't usually a good thing.
Any suggestions on how to re-lite my fire and get going?

Really wish I was on a real cruise. With a little time to relaxe and not so much stress.
O well, instead I get to be at work.
I Did get an awsome deal on a fridge, washer & dryer for $600. That will save me tons of money, now I can go join the 24 hour fitness place in town. Then I just need to force myself out of bed 45 mins earlier in the morning. We will see how well that plan will work. If not then I can give into my children and by a Wii and get the Wii fit. LOL
