hello peeps, well I a back from a fantastic holiday. Thank you for all your kind comments and wishes for a good holiday. Well I carried out all your wishes and had a great time. If you ever get the chance to go to mexico don't hesitate, its the best holiday I have ever had, didn't do any running, not bothered eating sensibly, and never felt guilty, not even for a second. I have just read by 49 fat secret notifications, so I would just like to say congrats to all those who have lost weight, and to all those who havnt, it might sound like cliché but as the say Rome wasn't built in a day, it takes time and there will be slip ups, but never give up on trying. Dont wish to bore you but as I remember things that over the last 2 weeks I will let you know via my journal. Well still on holiday until I go to work tomorrow so its off to the pub for tea, pop around to uni pick up the youngest and bore her with our tales of spending an hour swimming with dolphins (the things she has to go through to get a free meal) and if she is really lucky let here watch the full dvd taken of us in the dolphin lagoon HA HA. OK that's enough boring stuff out of me (for now). chat later

at last never thought this day would come. No its not my goal weight, its far more important than that, its the day I leave for the hotel to catch my flight in the morning, flying from Gatwick so staying over night but I classify it as part of the holiday. the only draw back is the drive when I get back, 4 hours. When I booked Gatwick for some unknown reason I thought it was were Stanstead airport is, and that's only about 2 - 21/2 hours away. Made a bit of a cock up, but hey I might be tired on the way back but at least I will haver a suntan. If anybody is interested which I very much doubt seeing as I have bored you all to death with this holiday to MEXICO the tempreture is over 30 degrees. Yes I have packed my running shoes, whether I use them or not is a different matter. So for the final time for the next few weeks, bye bye peeps, talk to you soon, keep up the good work and remember "united we stand divided we fall" help each other

well I am being a rebel, home made Chicken burritos with cheese, sour cream, peppers, salsa forget the calories I just don't care got to get into holiday mode

well that's me and work finished for nearly 3 weeks. Didn't do any training legs still a bit stiff. To be honest I have done very little work this morning been to busy setting up emails to be sent to everyone every day I am away with a different message. It took me a while to figure out to do it but the should be getting a little pissed off with me by this time next week. but hey it fun. What will confuse them is the photos of mexico I have put with the texts, they will all think that I spending my time spending emails they will not realise that I set it all up before I left. if anyone out there has been to Tulum in mexico could they tell what the electrical current is and will I need a transformer or do the hotels run on 110 and 240 volts.

well I have let the beats out of the bag, another 6 miler on sunday. The diffence was the speed (12.2 kmh) and the intervals. Instead of 1 min on 30 sec off 1 did 1 min 30 on 30 off. It must be because I have that little angle sitting on my shoulder "work harder you have got 2weeks off) well nearly three actually. The only problem with running further or a little faster is that you have raised the bench mark and because you can do it that becomes your norm. This stupidity all started with aa training short that said "Train Hard or go Home" and my workmate said "well you had better go home" why did I rise to the bait - I should of followed his advice and gone home ha ha. My quads and calf are a little stiff this morning so they will be rested.
