Well I am up a bit on the scale this morning...not worrying about it though...my clothes are so loose now that I am not even concerned about the scale...would like to see a loss this week though. Good luck to us all and I hope everyone has a great week!

I am enjoying this new way of life...Atkins is really a super way to loose weight. I am full of energy and feel great!

OMG!!! This cannot be happening...I am down 4.4 pounds...just goes to show how badly I was eating before. I am super stoked now! I know this trend will not continue..that's a lot of weight, but it is just what I needed to get a boost! :)
