looking forward to the 40 pounds slim for christmas 2011. my new job offers free gym along with personal trainer. will speak with the personal trainer tomorrow, monday, for a new work out plan. plan to work out 5 days a week at work and at least 30 minutes on saturday and on sunday

Hello, I know this blog is not supposed to start until February 10th (the website wanted enough time to gather people to join). but I started Jenny Craig on Monday February 1, 2011. I believe it will take until June or July to lose 50lbs but the website gives the longest time span of 12 weeks. So we will continue after the 12 weeks is up and keep going until we had made out goal.
I, also, need daily reassurance and counseling to keep myself tied to my goals. Losing weight is not easy but it is totally do-able if you have friends to talk to and help you over the rough spots.
So I am looking forward to this website and all of you that join me in this endeavor.

starting tomorrow morning on Atkins Induction Diet. This is the only diet I know that you can cook with olive oil and butter and eat cheese and bacon and eggs! I am looking forward to it.
