I am a Texan currently living in California which I have grown to love. I come from a long line of female artists, love to ride horses, have 3 cats and a lovely boyfriend who I have been with for over 20 years. We love to travel and we enjoy food. Learning to eat low calorie gourmet food will be an interesting journey for us.

you can buy a book of atkins recipes for all levels online. it has some awesome recipes! I chanegd my diet to Jenny Craig 2 weeks ago. I lost 40 pounds on Jenny 2 years ago and then stupidly put it back on. But it worked really well for me. Slow, steady weight loss of 2 lbs a week. What I liked about it is that it was 2 lbs EVERY week. Come rain or shine. No slipping back. Now how many times can you say that? Anyway, I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables to supplement my hunger. Salad with salsa as dressing is my favorite. Grapefuit is a great diuretic. Good luck everyone!
