Left over turkey taco meat with Mac and cheese and lots of broccoli

I have been sick back in forth since New Years and now it’s progressed to the flu. I started Tamiflu Monday. I’m slightly less miserable but found a silver lining. Have zero appetite! I had a piece of rye toast around 930 this morning and nothing since. I’ve been drinking fluids. Specific grape juice and water and bone broth. Maybe the protein in the bone broth is holding me over. Wish I could do this all the time.
