Restaurants Without Nutritional Information

I know what you mean, and agree, but sometimes going out is inevitable, if a group of friends is going or I just want to go out to a nice dinner with my wife.

Restaurants Without Nutritional Information
How do you log your calories when you go to a restaurant without nutritional information? I live in a small town, so there are a lot of non-chain restaurants, which aren't required to have nutritional information.
