Today is the 6th day of the 10 day yoga and pop challenge. Did good on both. Today was a little bit rough at work and so I ended up over eating. Oh well, start again tomorrow. I did meditate and do some reading to help get thru the rough day.

Today is day 5 of my 10 day yoga self challenge. I'm half way through! I knew that I could do this physically, it was a time challenge. So far I have made time to do this, yoga, giving up pop, journaling and meditating. It couldn't have come at a better time for me. This is the toughest year mentally. Today was especially tough. I got through it with a headache starting and went to yoga class. No headache after class!
I did well eating and drinking today. Can't wait to see where I am in 5 days.

Day 4 of my yoga self challenge and no pop.
Started this morning with easy yoga stretches. It felt sooo good to just stretch to relieve some of the soreness.
