so here i am... this sucks.. this battle sucks! gained back the 6 pounds well 5 of them.. so tired of it.. need to focus and get back on track.. the flu thing really kicked my ass!! I'm going to start by tracking again and working out. i feel like i have no time!!! I am @ school again.. my professor doesnt speak english and it sucks so fucking bad!!! i cant understand him and its chem and i am paying for this and i am teaching myself

ok so far I've lost 6 pounds with this stomache virus!!! wth?? I workout watch what I eat track.. I get stuck for 10 days and then bam! I lose 6 pounds in a day!! go figure! ugh!! well Im not gonna cry about it or bitch and moan about it.. i;ll just be happy i lost it and try to keep it off and keep going UP THE DAMN HILL!!!!!!!!

i feel like shit!!!!!!!!!! ugh!!! havent worked out in days well did the 8 minute abs yesterday but thats it.. trying to do good.. I'm gonna start tracking well I should really do it tomorrow bc i have work n thats what fucks me up!..

ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm stuck @ 218!! so pissed... i'm trying.. not tracking like I should.. started school this week so got off track.. ugh! havent worked out since sunday.. its snowing again.. I need to refocus.. I guess I needed to ajust to going back to school.. it will all work out.. it always does.. except for this stuipd yo yo i'm on!
