After a strenuous day of zumba, light weights for the arm, and a personal workout with Kesahwn for 1 hour, I pressed an took an am Zumba class for 50 minutes! I think I will only do 1 work out today so I can rest for a spin class in the morning. : )

Okay, so I need accountability or the weight is not moving. So I endeavor to work out 4-5 days per week. Twice with Mai and a personal trainer and 3 times at the gym. I also need to drastically increase my water intake and to begin taking my herbs and vitamins again. I'm on a 3 month challenge with Cherie, Glenn, and Dave to lose as much weight as possible by October 30, 2011. This time I am approaching it spiritually, physically, and relationally. I need a change!
