I'm a little bit mad cuz I just found out my scale is off by 2 lbs. This totally throws me off in my recent weigh in numbers. I just wen't to the doctor and they weighed me and I was 188 I came home and weighed 186 so its a problem with my scale. So lets start fresh again. I think the scale at the gym is the same as the scale at the doctors so I will add my 2 lbs every time i do my weigh ins. I will talk to you guys on friday :)

Hi so I did my weigh in today and just like I suspected I gained 1 pound :( But thats ok that just motivates me more for next week. I am going to change my routine at the gym and really watch what I eat. I am very excited and I am very confident about loosing this weight! I will keep you guys posted about how much i can loose in one week! And then if it works i will let you know how i did it :)

I am so dissapointed in myself, I have been really bad this week :( Today is my weigh in but I will put it off until friday because I have been eating nothing but junk this week! I will also be getting my period this week and that usually adds like 2 lbs to my normal weight. The problem is I have been craving fatning food this week and end up eating it.
