Rejoicing here! I never have seen tracking make such a change but am so happy it is working. My clothes were starting to feel too snug so it was either lose that extra few pounds, or buy some new clothes...I hate tight clothes. So, just saved myself some money! and I feel better. Just felt kinda stuffed.
Hoping to get back to where I was but am happy for now with this.

Yesterday I began tracking again. My goal for now is one week. Hoping for 30 days but shorter goal is better for now. The GF brownies my husband finished last night...which is good for me! I dont like the blue corn tortilla chips, so not tempted for those. Cooked brown jasmine rice this a.m. Plan to have beans & rice for lunch maybe in the cassava taco shells, which I really like.

Not doing so well. Even though I eat healthy, I think I just eat too much. Being inside all the time is a real challenge. So think I will start tracking again. Wt Watchers always recommends that, as does the book I am reading: 30 Days: change your habits, change your life by Mark Reklau. Hope it helps!

Weight is better but not for a good reason...nausea prevents me from eating much or some of the things I need to eat, especially oat bran for my cholesterol because I cant tolerate statins so really need foods that lower chol. Cant get much exercise due to my health problems, so that isnt an option. No idea the cause but hoping it will pass but that the weight won't return!!
