Had a good day until I took a nap and woke up hungry. We went to Embers for dinner and I had two margaritas and a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and french fries. Can't let myself get so hungry. On the other hand I did go take an arthritis aquatics class for an hour today. Although I feel a little defeated about dinner I still am doing well and I am not going to beat myself up.

Last week was an okay week. I gave up going to Olive Garden with my husband and daughter because I knew I would go over my calorie count yesterday. I exercised Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hoping for a good week this week although I may have to go to Memphis to train Thursday-Friday and will have very little control over my food. I am doing aquatics tomorrow, exercise routine (designed by personal trainer) on Tuesday and Wednesday and then incumbent bike for 30 minutes on Thursday. I am so thankful for the Diabetes Prevention Program our YMCA has which has enabled me to join the Y free!

Brynn and I did the arthritis aqua class today. It was only 30 minutes instead of 60 like we thought. I did spend about another 15 minutes walking around the inside of the pool. This has been a good week. I actually exercised four days out of seven. Next week my goal is five days.
