I am 65 yrs old, married, and a minister. We have 5 children, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandbabies. My wife and I started on our diets on April 3rd by cutting our calories. My wife has me on 2,000 or less calories a day. We started walking on April 11th. Last doctor appointment I weighed 310 lbs so I've lost down to 296 in 11 days then gained back up to 298 on April 17, then started dropping back down to 297.4 this morning. We weigh each morning. My blood pressure has improved although still a little high at 140/69 this morning but much better than it was last doctor appointment where it was extremely high. Also blood sugars were at 105 which is a big improvement from the 200s it was at before.
