Haven't been on here for a few days because been busy with church and just trying to get our kitchen done.
I have noticed with it being so hot lately that I don't want to eat as much as I normally would when it is cooler out. Most mornings I don't eat breakfast until almost 11:00am then maybe something very small for lunch, and a normal dinner. I have been drinking about 3 litters of water a day, and nothing else.
I also found that I need a new scale, the ones that I see in the local Wal-Mart are okay but they give out to fast with my weight. The ones that can go up to 550 are out of my price range. Not to mention when I go to the store and buy all the food I need to eat a healthy life style I have to pay twice as much. It get a little frustrating when you have to pay more to eat healthy than it does to eat junk food.

Day 2. I am finding it is hard to reach my target calorie in take, I can use about half of them but I find my self tired of eating. I tried the zucchini fry recipe and me and my wife loved them. I also fixed grilled pork chops on the grill, yummy it was so tender and juicy.
With having a busy weekend with a lot of walking I was supper tired today and did not feel like doing anything. My favorite chair got a lot of me time today, but tomorrow back to work on the kitchen.

Today is my first day on the new program and so far so good. On most Sundays I usually do not eat breakfast because I am usually getting ready to go to church. One of the biggest changes I have made with in the last couple months is that I am drinking more water than I used to, hardly no soda at all and if I do drink a soda I drink diet.

Today is my first day on the site and I am getting a good idea how the site works. Tomorrow will be my official start date and I am so ready to loose this weight. My main reason is for my self to help me feel better so I can be active with my 5 year old son. He is the other reason why I am loosing the weight, I want to be around to be his dad and see him have a family of his own.
I have suffered a lot of pain due to my being over weight such as lower back problems and my knees hurting and swelling. To start off my activity is very light and will remain so until I cam move around better. Me my wife and son love to go Geocaching which gets me to walk. so I can walk up to a mile with every outing. Plus we are working on the kitchen which helps me to move and stand for longer periods of time.
My goals are simple I am 425 Lbs. right now and in the end I want to weight 200 Lbs. I want to loose the weight safely and find fun ways to do it, by exploring the world of food that not only will be good for me but taste great too. I also want to work with my wife to loose weight as a family, bring us closer and healthier.
So come on day one I am ready and made up my mind "Lets loose weight and have fun doing it."
