Okay, so I haven't really been sticking to the diet as strictly as I should. I am trying to make healthier choices and am very conscious of everything I eat and the and the conscious choice I make to eat it. I actually feel guilty if I eat fast food! Now, I just have to work on not giving in to the temptation. I will say, though, that I am doing very well with the workout portion. I am using Wii at least every other day. I have The Biggest Loser game and the workouts are great, I really enjoy working out!!!

I did it ... I bought the Wii! I am so excited to go home tonight and try it out. They didn't have the Wii Fit in stock, but I got The Biggest Loser game that you can use with or without the balance board. I actually think this is something that will make me want to get my butt out of bed in the morning to start my workout plan! 25 lbs by summer ... here I come!

Ok, I've finally decided to make up my mind and just do it. After having Alyssa, I have never really gotten the motivation to lose the baby weight. I run after her all day, but it's just not enough. I need to eat better and start exercising more. We're getting the Wii this weekend and I want to get The Biggest Loser game. We'll see how that goes!
