Okay, so I haven't really been sticking to the diet as strictly as I should. I am trying to make healthier choices and am very conscious of everything I eat and the and the conscious choice I make to eat it. I actually feel guilty if I eat fast food! Now, I just have to work on not giving in to the temptation. I will say, though, that I am doing very well with the workout portion. I am using Wii at least every other day. I have The Biggest Loser game and the workouts are great, I really enjoy working out!!!
