Thought I'd fill out my bio tonight. I am 67 years old and started the Atkins diet because it worked before when I was a bit younger. I was 225 back then and lost 40lbs, kept it off for a number of years. This time I got to 210 and started feeling very uncomfortable so I figured it was time to bite the bullet again. I have been in induction mode for over a month now but weight loss is slow this time around...

Atkins bars...what gives??
Thank you guys...I have eaten the bars and have never had stomach issues...and the weight seems to be falling off. Thank you all...

Atkins bars...what gives??
But I think I'm simply not going to have any bars anymore. I thought that Fatsecret would show the netcarbs of 3g but it doesn't no matter what I do so it's just easier not to take them. I do appreciate everyone's help here! I really do! I do not know why my screens are different but some are. Other than the Atkins bars, I haven't had much trouble with Fatsecret at all...it's kinda fun to use!

Ok, I am familiar with that wheel, if you pass your pointer over it, it says Editing Preferences. I have chosen Net carbs in the selection however...when I add the atkins bar, it never gives you the Net carbs like shown on the box. Its always just carbs.

Well, I must be going blind because I do not see a little wheel on the lower left, it's on the lower right. And it does nothing when I click on it... Sad
