I worked out 3 times last week and tried to write down what I ate here. My goal was to work out everyday (M-F) so that was good. I am going to add the ab ripper x this week because my stomach is so flabby. and try to do 1 or 2 miles per day. I ordered some stuff from the library. I also wanted to lose at least 1 pound so it seems that I did that. Slow and steady wins the race.

I gained this week, but i think its because i lost more than normal because I got sick and lost 5 lbs last week. My goal this week is to lose 1 pound. If I can stick to one pound a week I will be okay by Oct 5th which is my goal.

O did pretty well this week. However, I got sick and that may have attributed to some extra weight loss, so next week there may be a gain. I tried to watch my portions as much as I could. I also tried to watch extra sweets.Although we had cupcakes for kenzie's birthday and i ate 2 leftovers. Then I caved under stress and bought a danish from whole foods. I did start to make my own coffee because the starbucks via caramel was 100 calories with no cream. As much coffee as I drink I thought it would be better to drink plain coffee and add flavored cream. So, we will see.
So, maybe a total of 5 miles
As for working out:
Monday - WATPs 2 Miles
Tuesday - Walked to and from 55th street about 2 miles
Wednesday - Kenzies bday played at gymboree (went to the park)
Thursday - Rode in car all day
Friday - Nothing
Saturday - Walked from Treasure Island to Garden and Back ( Maybe a mile)
