I worked out 3 times last week and tried to write down what I ate here. My goal was to work out everyday (M-F) so that was good. I am going to add the ab ripper x this week because my stomach is so flabby. and try to do 1 or 2 miles per day. I ordered some stuff from the library. I also wanted to lose at least 1 pound so it seems that I did that. Slow and steady wins the race.
158.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
