its official I need bedtime snacking help!!! Every time I get into bed at night I start wanting to munch on something and last night it was ice cream. Please HELP!!! ideas?

Ok so yesterday was day one of this new regime for me and I have to say it was tough. me still having hormonal cravings from hell and being so busy made me tired and I didn't go walking yesterday as I had planned. I have noticed that I am a late night snacker. I have a serious problem with eating late at night or munching on whatever I find and going straight to bed. Which I know is bad but I got in that habit being pregnant and its hard to break. I have really got to buckle down and try and give a crap for my baby girl. She deserves a mommy who can do things with her and I want so badly to be able to do those things.

It has been a while since I have been on here. I was on here and then I got pregnant with my baby girl. I didn't gain any weight my entire pregnancy. which I guess is a good thing for me. I had some complications and she was born 7 weeks early and severely under weight. She was born at 2.9 pounds and needed a blood transfusion at two weeks old. we were back and forth from the hospital for five weeks and eating either take out or convenience store food, chips, cakes, sodas, ect. so in the 5 months after she was born I had gone from392 to 406. but in the last month I gained up to 419. Can I say wake up call!! She needs me and I need to be able to do things with her and not to mention my wedding is in two months. I bought my dress 20 pounds ago. so uh oh I gotta do something and fast!!! Wish me luck yall I need it!

I know you are supposed to eat slowly since it takes 20 mins for your brain to register that youre full. But i find that when i eat slowly by doing something other than eating while im eating i get tired of trying to eat. I mean its like i just dont want it anymore good thing or not?
