Seems like a mistake to me...after everything I have ate and drank the past 5 days...but just out of curiosity, I weighed myself just now. Same scale as always. It says I'm down to 179.5lbs I'm not sure that is right. So I am not going to log it in my Weight History. I will reweigh tomorrow morning, and I'll update then.

I ate a brownie. Not just any brownie. It was a cake brownie. With walnuts. And powdered sugar. Leftover from grandmas funeral dinner. I threw the rest away. Not in the trash. But in the dumpster. Outside. On the curb.
And I washed it down with a small glass of whole milk.
Damn cake brownies.

Caught a glimpse of my backside in the mirror earlier...if that's not motivation to get my shit together and get in shape, then I got some huge issues. But lemme tell ya...These hindquarters need some serious work. And toning. And...all kinds of everything.
Back to the drawing board.

Grandma passed away March 26th, and we had her funeral on April 1st. We had a dinner after the service and I went overboard on the bad eating the rest of last weekend. I am not going to log anything from the last 3 days. I am not in denial of what I ate, I know it was bad, but I don't care. I had potatoes of all kinds. Fried food of all kinds. Rice. Bread. Gravy. Beer. Liquor. I went all out. But I'm back on track starting today.
