Day 1: Starting new gym and watching what I eat. Going to start by doing cardio at the gym and then move into weight training and/or P90x. Goal is to be 140# by April 28th.

When I chose to start on Thursday, it didn't dawn on me that I would be going away for the weekend. Decided to start today instead, and then ended up being sick. So the workout AND diet officially start tomorrow 3/29. Will weigh in the AM.
