muscle mass good :). I gained a few more pounds of lean muscle. I am down to 16.9% body fat. Need to get to about 10-12 to be able to see my 6 pack abs again. Has anyone ever heard of this guy Paul McKenna http://tv.popcrunch.com/tlcs-i-can-make-you-thin-with-paul-mckenna-video/?
