Yes I'm back. Gained over the winter and with arthritis of the spine I
am limited to the exercise I can do. I will be starting physical therapy
next week. I will always be a Weight Watcher since I like eating real food.
My weight was 222 on December 1st 2014. Talk about a rude awakening.
My clothes were so tight and it was noticeable from the looks I was
seeing at work. Weight loss is slow for me since I am hypothyroid but I
will continue on the journey to better health. So far I lost 10 lbs and hope
to lose 10 more this month. It's a work in progress.

Just returned from Orlando, FL and realized (when my seat was tight on the airplane)I put on all the weight I worked so
hard to lose last year for my trip last September (I was able to lose 15lbs). With Summer almost here, I need to start again NOW so I will be able to fit into my clothes from last year. My current goal is to weigh less by August 9th for my cousin's wedding. I would need to buy a new larger dress or fit into one I already own in a smaller size. I still consider myself a Weight Watcher member although my
weight keeps fluctuating each week.
I guess I need to stop fooling myself and act like a new member. Take a different perspective. I don't have any other choice. I actually liked exercising once I got started and did notice a lot less jiggling. Just need
to DO IT! Hope everyone is doing great!

I gained back a few pounds after the cruise in September, but I consider this a temporary setback. I enjoyed it and was able to wear a lot of new
things I bought for it. I am still a work in progress and hopefully this month wont be as challenging. Since I broke my toe, I wasnt able to exercise much, but started again yesterday. I hope to meet my goal by New Years Day to lose 10 lbs by joining a challenge. Good luck to everyone.

I've been on program for a while now but only started to lose again since June 2013. My mind set has changed and will incorporate more exercise to help with a more successful weight loss. I made lifetime over 10 years ago but have gained it all back since I felt I was done "dieting".
The jokes on me and now know this is a lifetime commitment and will have to live a healthy lifestyle all the time. I will always have to watch what I eat, but its harder now since menopause and not being active like
I used to be. So far I am down 10 lbs and lost 5% of my starting weight. Onward and upward.. I will continue my weight loss journey.
