I'm a 29 yr old stay at home mom. I have a beautiful 2 year old girl. I have been on 3 different diet plans since her birth, and have only lost 10 pounds of the weight I gained immediately after her birth. Before getting pregnant I was on Jenny Craig and lost 43 pounds, which I gained back. Now I'm at it again hoping to get it off not just for myself but my family. I have been taught how to make my own juice and preserve my vegetables from my large garden recently. Best part is not added salt or extra preservatives my family really don't need. I'm a regular baker and crafty person. Also have a huge heart for my animals.

Losing motivation since switch!
We all just need to hang in there. If our counselors promise the dietian call, we need to make sure it happens. We are holding true to our end, it's time they hold to theirs.

Losing motivation since switch!
This week I'm going to go at this 100% and make my counselor hold to their word. I am not going to give up by any means. I'm going make them follow through with calling the dietician, if they fall back on it I'm going to contact someone who will make them. I'm tired of being stuck in this little cycle. In my previous weight loss plans I was never allowed to hold this long at a weight.

I truly hear where you are coming from. Counselor is pretty rough on me about my intake. She told me that to rev my metabolism I HAD TO START EATING ALL MY FOOD. Well I don't know about anyone else, but I don't like to eat until I feel like I'm going to be sick. That's how I feel. With all the time and money wrapped into the program you hate giving up. Yes I have been succesful to a point, but when your counselors are rude and don't hear exactly what you are saying, you truly wonder is it worth it!!!

I was using the Fiber 1 granola bars, but quite when I ran out. I also talked at length with my husband last night about the plan. We decided for me to trying doing what I was doing with the red plan for the next week and see if I actually drop anything. I don't understand where they are getting that it's the same amount of calories but there is more food to eat. So I'm crossing my fingers and hoping this works, so I can get the next 6-7 pounds off to go to the next lower level.

Unfortunately I haven't eaten any of their bars except the first box they gave me to try. So they swear I need to eat the extra protien and veg to make up for it.
