My story is this for most of my life I have had a killer body but since I started taking medication for my mental illness I have gained about 130 lbs. plus my energy level and my bodily processes are sluggish. I think I might have a medical problem but they haven't detected anything yet. I feel like I'm stuck in a big hole.
The point is I think I eat the best I can without that starving feeling and nothing happens.
