My health changed 4 years ago when I ended up in the hospital with a Pulmonary Embolism (blood clot in my lung). I was found to have two blood disorders. Because of the damage from the clot, that was about 1/3 of my lung, I am now on SS disability and not able to do much activity without being in terrible pain. So due to inactivity and not watching what I ate I have gained weight. Meds also have contributed to my increase but I just changed the one med that could cause me to gain. So while watching what I eat, trying to walk more and changing my meds I hope to get back to 200 lbs.
