What is safe to eat if I get hungry late nite or right before bed? Is fruit okay or should i just go to bed hungry lol

bout time, i didn't lose anything last week. I'm glad I lost two more pounds but that little 4 ounces just had to stay there lol. Can't wait til I start the gym.

Weigh-in: 228.4 lb

still to go: 53.4 lb

I'm really disapointed I did not lose one ounce this week. Not at all sure why. I guess I will either have to cut something out of my diet or increase my exercise. I don't get it.

I'm really happy with the diet that I am on. I'm staying under 1500 calories for the most part. At first I had my account on private but I decided to share my profile because I'm so happy that I'm losing 2 lbs a week. I'm walking one mile a day plus stairs at my job. I go up and down three flights of stairs about three or our times then I take my walk. If you look at my diet calendar you will see that the foods that I choose are a variety of healthy items that leave me feeling satisfied. there is even room for desert! like skinny cow ice cream sandwiches that are sooo good.
