I'm 35 and my magic metabolism has started slowing down along with my changing careers and taking a desk job. I've always been able to eat whatever I wanted and never had to worry about weight. Now I've packed on 20 lbs in the last 5 years adn I've desided it's time to take control before it's such an overwhelming task I totally lose hope. I'm trying the South Beach diet and am having pretty positive results. I commute to work 3 hours a day so finding time to excerise has been a challenge.
