worked out again today after work. 31 minutes elliptical, leg extensions, leg press.

I started again today. I ate well, as well as taking some raspberry ketone. It actually suppressed my appetite.
did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 3 sets of 10 leg extensions @ 70 lbs
Brek = 2 packets of oatmeal and 16oz of 1% milk
Lunch = 1 granola bar and an apple 16oz of water
Dinner = 3 slices of pork roast, 2 small potatoes, an about a cup of baby carrots/onion/green pepper and a banana. 16oz of water
After work out = 16oz chocolate milk, banana

I am starting again. I did good today food wise and no soda or caffeine!
