Tracking what I eat has revealed that 40% of my caloric intake is from FAT!!! WTF??? I need to cut this down ALOT!!!

Actually worked out on Tuesday night: 15 minutes on the bake, level 4, random, then 30 Day Shred, level 1 = 35 minutes. Feel pretty good today. not sore but like I worked some muscles. Will repeat on Saturday. YAY ME!!! :D

Been pretty good about tracking my calories and making decent food choices, even during the stress of Phil's kidney stones episode...

Okay, I have spent some time calculating EXACTLY where I am and EXACTLY where I want to go, realistically. Seems what I have been thinking is pretty much spot on. Now that I have the FOOD part identified, I need to work on menu daily/weekly menu and then identify & determine the EXERCISE part!
