Walked/ hiked last night, very sore today. My back and feet are hurting, and I am trying very hard to have that factor not let me be discouraged from walking tonight when I get off from work. I know I am not the only one who has long ass days, and is tired as hell when they get home, but it is soo hard to force myself to get up and go out. I mean, I do feel better after having done it, but sheesh.. just crossing that threshold is like.. well.. you get the idea.
