Heading into the weekend...holding out on pigging out is going to be a challenge. I am a bit sleep deprived right now from the 4mo old and from some heavy hours at work this week...and that makes me want to munch more than ever!
I am sure I will do good...despite the weird hours, I've done fairly well. Just gotta stay foscused (*Palm Springs trip next week! whew!)

I am following Weight Watchers. Daily points: 17
today I have had:
skipped breakfast (had dr appt for 4mo old, so no time)
lunch - 6pt panini an 0pt jello
Afternoon snack - 100 calorie pack - 2pt
Dinner - can endulge up to 9pts!
